Oscar Energie provides mobile canine massage for general wellness, with sessions focused on relaxation, comfort, mobility, and overall well-being.
Canine massage is not a substitute for veterinary care, and Oscar Energie does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If your canine companion has an injury, illness, recent surgery, or other underlying health condition, please consult your veterinarian before scheduling.

Home is where many dogs feel safest and most comfortable. By bringing massage to you, your canine companion can relax in a familiar environment without the added stress of traveling to an unfamiliar space.
Massage can happen wherever your dog is most comfortable—on the floor, couch, bed, or another favorite spot.
You know your dog best. If your dog is particularly protective of their home or uncomfortable with visitors, please let me know. We can discuss whether an alternative setting, such as a quiet yard or park, may be more appropriate.

One of the foundational benefits of massage is supporting healthy circulation, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
Massage may also help:
Reduce muscular tension and stiffness
Support flexibility and comfortable movement
Promote relaxation and reduce stress
Support recovery after physical activity
Encourage overall comfort and well-being
Whether your canine companion is active, aging, or simply deserving of some extra care, massage can be a gentle addition to their overall wellness routine.

That’s okay! Every dog is an individual, and their comfort always comes first.
For this reason, your first session is offered at an introductory rate of $30. I will never force massage or physical contact on a dog who is uncomfortable. We’ll take our time, allow your dog to become familiar with me, offer breaks, and work only within what they are comfortable allowing.
Even if we don’t accomplish a full massage during the first visit, building trust is valuable progress.
-
The goal is approximately 40 minutes of hands-on massage, allowing enough time to work with the full body when your dog is comfortable doing so.
Appointments may last up to 60 minutes, providing approximately 20 minutes of flexibility for introductions, repositioning, movement, water breaks, or simply giving your dog some space when needed.
Because every dog communicates differently, sessions are guided by your dog’s comfort rather than the clock.
-
Absolutely not. This isn’t a human massage appointment where your dog is expected to stay on a table for 40 minutes!
Your dog may stand, sit, lie down, reposition themselves, take a break, or choose their favorite spot in the house. I work with your dog rather than expecting your dog to work around me.

Canine massage can be beneficial throughout many stages of life.
Active dogs may benefit from supporting muscular wellness and recovery, senior dogs may benefit from gentle attention to comfort and mobility, and healthy adult dogs can enjoy massage as part of their regular wellness routine.

While recommended, for general wellness massage on a healthy dog, requirements may vary depending on applicable regulations and individual circumstances. If your dog has a diagnosed condition, injury, recent surgery, unexplained pain, or is currently under veterinary treatment, veterinary consultation or clearance may be appropriate before massage.
When in doubt, your veterinarian should always be your first resource.
